- Once you successfully place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your order and your order ID. Please check and write to us on firstname.lastname@example.org in case of any discrepancy.
- You’ll receive another email & SMS once your order is shipped out.
After logging in to your Athlizur account, go to ORDERS section and select the order you want to check.
- Orders eligible for return will have a “Return” button in front of them.
- After clicking the Return button, select the product you wish to return, select the quantity you want to return, select the reason for return and give a detailed description for return request.
- Click on “Submit” button once and wait for the page to refresh. once your request is submitted, you will get a “return filed successfully” message.
Please note that once you have placed the return request, you should wait for at least 24 hours for our team to contact you or process your request.
Once you have confirmed the order and we have accepted it, you cannot add any more products to your order. You will have to place a fresh order for the other products.
We do not offer gift wrapping as an option at the moment. However, please reach out to us at email@example.com with your requirement and we will try our best to make it happen for you.
Orders once placed are not eligible for cancellation. In case of any modifications, please write to us on firstname.lastname@example.org with your Order id.

You will receive the invoice for your order on the email id used to place the order once it is marked completed and the return period for the same is over.
