- Once you successfully place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your order and your order ID. Please check and write to us on support@athlizur.com in case of any discrepancy.
- You’ll receive another email & SMS once your order is shipped out.
After logging in to your Athlizur account, go to ORDERS section and select the order you want to check.
- Orders eligible for return will have a “Return” button in front of them.
- After clicking the Return button, select the product you wish to return, select the quantity you want to return, select the reason for return and give a detailed description for return request.
- Click on “Submit” button once and wait for the page to refresh. once your request is submitted, you will get a “return filed successfully” message.
Please note that once you have placed the return request, you should wait for at least 24 hours for our team to contact you or process your request.
Once you have confirmed the order and we have accepted it, you cannot add any more products to your order. You will have to place a fresh order for the other products.
We do not offer gift wrapping as an option at the moment. However, please reach out to us at care@athlizur.com with your requirement and we will try our best to make it happen for you.
Orders once placed are not eligible for cancellation. In case of any modifications, please write to us on support@athlizur.com with your Order id.

Which payment methods are accepted on Athlizur.com ?
- We accept following forms of online payments methods : Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI and Major e-Wallets. We do not accept international credit cards at the moment.
- For selected products and selected Pincodes, we also offer Cash on Delivery as payment method.
Is there any additional charge for COD orders?
Yes, we charge a fee between ₹49 to ₹99 for COD orders depending upon the order size and location of delivery.
Why can’t I see the COD option at the time of payment?
If the COD option is not showing, it’s because either this facility is unavailable for your postal code or your cart value is more than ₹3000. You can either pay by Debit Card, Credit Card, or Net Banking, or you can get the products delivered to an alternate address (where COD is available).
What should I do if my payment fails?
In case there is a failure in payment, please retry, keeping the following things in mind:
- Please confirm if the information you’ve provided is correct i.e. account details, billing address, and password (for Net Banking); and that your internet connection wasn’t disrupted during the process.
- If your account has been debited even after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 7-10 business days. For any further clarification, you can email us at support@athlizur.com
How do I use my Athlizur Wallet ?
You can use your Athlizur Wallet to purchase any non-discounted product on Athlizur.com just like normal money.

It Normally takes 2-5 working days to deliver the orders to the Metros. While it can take upto 8-10 working days to deliver the order to remote locations or locations with no air transport.

However, please note that we will not be able to change the delivery address once the order is shipped.
Sorry, currently we do not have any service available to expedite the order delivery. In future, if we start offering such a service and your area pincode is serviceable, you will receive a communication from our end.
- WE OFFER FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS ABOVE ₹499.
- on orders below ₹499, we charge a shipping fee of ₹49.
We only deliver out products in India at the moment.
- You can track your order on the tracking link sent to your phone via SMS or you can login into your account on Athlizur and check it. We also send the tracking details on mail as soon as the order is shipped. If the tracking link is not working or if it fails to update even after 24 hours, please contact us immediately at support@thelocalitee.com with your order number so that we can fix the tracking error.

- For prepaid orders, if our shipping partners are unable to deliver the product, they send it back to us. We will initiate a refund in your Athlizur Wallet within 48 hours of products reaching back to our warehouse.
- Any dispute regarding non delivery is to be raised within 3 days of the delivery as shown in the tracking details. In any such scenario, we ask the shipping company to share a Proof of Delivery and that is considered as final. Delivery disputes raised after 3 days of the delivery date shown in tracking will not be entertained.

The best way to initiate a return request is by visiting your Orders page in the My Account section of website. After your order is delivered, you will have 7 days to file the return request.
- Orders eligible for return will have a “Return” button in front of them.
- After clicking the Return button, select the product you wish to return, select the quantity you want to return, select the reason for return and give a detailed description for return request.
- Click on “Submit” button once and wait for the page to refresh. once your request is submitted, you will get a “return filed successfully” message.
Please note that once you have placed the return request, you should wait for at least 24 hours for our team to contact you or process your request.
- Once request status changes from New to processing, someone from our shipping partner’s team will arrive at the address for a pickup within 2 business days. In the meantime, Please pack the products to be returned in the original packaging with all hangtags intact. Please Note that if the product reaches us without the original packaging or tags, the return request will be rejected.
- After the product is picked up and it reaches our warehouse (which can take anywhere between 7-21 days) the return request status will change to “Processing”.
- The complete amount will be refunded to you in your Athlizur Wallet within 48 hours of order status changing to ‘Reviewing’.
- If your area pincode is not serviceable for a reverse pickup, you’ll have to send the product(s) yourself to us. You will receive an extra INR 100 with the order amount in lieu of the reverse shipment charges.
- Please ensure the product(s) and the tags are intact on the product(s) for it to be accepted by our shipping partners.
- In case your pincode is non-serviceable for a reverse pick up, you’ll have to send the product(s) to the following address:

- Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
- All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact.
- Within 48 hours of receiving the product(s), the complete order amount + INR100 (in lieu of courier charges) will be refunded in your Athlizur Wallet, subjected to product(s) passing the quality checks.
- You can check the status of your return request under ‘Return Centre’ option in My Account Page.
- If the order Status is “Reviewing’, your products haven’t reached our warehouse yet.
- Once the Product reaches our warehouse ( it can take anywhere between 7 to 21 days to reach us depending upon your location and schedules of our shipping partners), the return request status will change to ‘Processing’ and your Athlizur Wallet will be credited with the refund amount within 48 hours.
We update our customers through emails during each stage of the return process. If our last email states that we have initiated the online refund procedure, kindly wait for 48 working hours for the process to complete. For any queries, mail us at support@athlizur.com
We will issue you refund in your Athlizur Wallet once your return order reaches us. You can use the amount in your Wallet to order any product of your choice from the entire collection on the website.
No. These are charges applicable each time an order is placed and are non-refundable.
As vouchers and wallet balance is issued only against returned products or in competitions, products bought primarily using the wallet balance and vouchers cannot be exchanged. However, products bought using discount codes are eligible for returns.
